When I was a guy, the whole idea of bad behaviour was seldom brought up with me, though my odour and grooming were often remarked upon with distaste. It’s only when I came out that people started judging me that way. Which, yeah, suggests how hard it is for women who are as mouthy as I am. 👍 - To my nemeses: Why not publish your reviews of my songs to my face rather than the innuendo? That’s what pisses me off: I stand up when people say it to my face, but moaning this way was a recipe for disaster. I think my lyrics are less clunky than Cassandra’s, particularly after I listened through that cast album. They’re just too keen to do it, and that isn’t endearing to me. I wasn’t writing about her in either script, but she connected to the screenplays etc. - which means I did my job really well and built characters that are ‘likeable.' - I simply do not wish to work with them. It’s not to be mean, it’s just to clarify .. I prefer having competitors to having everyone get along. That’s not how society works, and that’s also why I don’t completely buy the greenie utopia. There’s always a butt monkey, there’s always distinctions between people, and that’s what watching old Twilight Zone episodes is all about. - Simply put, I prefer not to work with those people. I would rather they complained to me directly using the contact info I publish with a big chunk of my Ads. If they’re not up to doing that, then why in the hell would I ever work with them? 🧨
