One more time

There is no legal way to force production, and Gibson Group also have to cease. EVERYONE has to cease in order for my letters to have taken effect.

If I was as wealthy as you're pretending I am, I'd have been able to get a lawyer to write those, and then you would've stopped instantly.

Tina dies. Amanda begins sharing her gifts.

Tina dies. Amanda feels like she has creative control over her IP.

Tina dies. Amanda feels like the city of Wellington is willing to support her career, NOT their goals of making money off of Amanda's body and voice.

Tina dies. Tory and Tam apologise for being conceited shits that ruined my life.

Tina lives = Amanda takes VUW, the Green Party and the Wellington Council to court!

Tina dies or Amanda's boycotts remain. It's deeply ironic that a political party that supports non-violent protest is attempting to quash mine. -

Not to be too immodest, but there's only a handful of people in Wellington that have ever directed a feature, let alone more than one. Of those who currently reside here, I'm probably the best-known.

Trans people are a dime a dozen in comparison, and that's why I want to showcase other trans lives in a real documentary: I'm not a perfect example -- I'm too brainy and too prissy and too well-educated. Other people face greater challenges.

The real reason that the rich people are afraid is because it'll make them look bad to see all these low-wage trans people living marginal lives. That's the reality, and they want the fantasy cos it makes them feel better about themselves. Btw, It's not being trans that makes me a great 'drag queen' -- it's all the stuff I learned while spending years hiding in the closet to get a good education.

That, Dave A, is the answer. Tina dies or VUW ends up losing more than the money that they owe me for fucking with me and harassing me in a well-publicised trial.

It's not a threat; they are in breach of my letters. It's reasonable to expect legal action to follow. If my name was Taika Waititi, they would've ceased by now. If my name was Dean Hewison, they would've ceased by now. If my name was Toa Fraser, they would've ceased by now.

If my name was Danny Mulheron, they would've ceased by now. Cease and desist, VUW and other production entities that wish to use my Weeded Out script because you lacked the courage or ability to write it. I said no, and I've spent almost two years saying no every single day because you refuse to accept defeat. That is unfair. Cease and desist MUST mean cease and desist.
