But I think moving to a legal place is leaving the fight and that's wrong, given that I've fought hard and if every rich person goes overseas to get high then we'll all lose .. pot could be a nimby issue if we aren't able to legalise soon.
Imagine a future National govt .. 'smoke it overseas, but keep NZ pure' and fanning flames of fear among the rural electorates -- that's what my script was intended to poke at.
And I wasn't in jail. I was at my hotel and writing, so have been reclusive. But you lot sure treated me like a crim, hence why I prefer my crim friends, who are lots of fun.
